Here is how our easy process works:

1. Order your design pack.

Once you have ordered your required pack, we will send you a confirmation email containing the design pack planner. We ask for a $65 deposit to start work, made payable in the order process.

2. We get to work.

Once you send us the design pack planner back, our team will begin translating your vision into reality. Your inputs will fuel our creative process as we meticulously craft a design that captures your unique style and preferences. With every detail considered, we'll work diligently to ensure the final outcome not only meets but exceeds your expectations, creating an end result that truly feels personal and reflective of you.

3. We send you the ideas.

Within 48 hours of placing the order, you will receive our 1st draft of 3 or 5 (depending on your chosen pack) ideas by email. Each design is custom. No clipart. No pre-made templates.

4. Approve or change.

Once you send us the design pack planner back, our team will begin translating your vision into reality. Your inputs will fuel our creative process as we meticulously craft a design that captures your unique style and preferences. With every detail considered, we'll work diligently to ensure the final outcome not only meets but exceeds your expectations, creating an end result that truly feels personal and reflective of you.

5. We send your final files.

Once all work has been finalized and approved, and we receive the final balance payment, we will send you your final files. They come in various formats including, print ready vector files, psd, png, and jpg files.
